Louise joined Goodman Ray in October 2022. She has over 35 years’ experience in the legal sector and has spent the last 15 years as a legal Practice Manager.
Louise is a member of Goodman Ray’s Leadership Team. She ensures that the firm provides and maintains an exceptional office environment and facilities infrastructure at the firm’s offices in London and Brighton, and is also responsible for IT support, compliance and adherence to all aspects of the firm’s professional and regulatory obligations, human resources and for ensuring that the firm provides a professional, compassionate and supportive culture to assist and support fee earners in their day-to-day roles, so that they can continue to deliver first class legal services as one of the UK’s leading family law firms.
