However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided then you should inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first instance it may be helpful to contact the person who is working on your case to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues at this stage. If you would like to make a formal complaint, then you can read our full complaints procedure <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodmanray.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Client-complaints-procedure-updated-19-September-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqui<\/a>. The impact of making a complaint on the handling of your case will\u00a0 be considered\u00a0 on a case by case basis. This should be discussed with the Complaints partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do to if we cannot resolve your complaint<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Legal Ombudsman can help you if we are unable to resolve your complaint ourselves. They will look at your complaint independently and it will not affect how we handle your case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before accepting a complaint for investigation, the Legal Ombudsman will check that you have tried to resolve your complaint with us first.
