Cette liste comprend<br\/><br\/>- Les souhaits et les sentiments de l'enfant concern\u00e9, dans la mesure o\u00f9 ils peuvent \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s, et en tenant compte de l'\u00e2ge et de la capacit\u00e9 de compr\u00e9hension de l'enfant ;<br\/>- Les besoins physiques, \u00e9motionnels et \u00e9ducatifs de l'enfant ;<br\/>- L'effet probable sur l'enfant de tout changement de situation ;<br\/>- L'\u00e2ge, le sexe, les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents et les caract\u00e9ristiques pertinentes de l'enfant ;<br\/>- Le risque que l'enfant subisse un pr\u00e9judice ; et<br\/>- La capacit\u00e9 de chaque parent \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de l'enfant.<br\/><br\/>Le juge examinera l'impact de l'autorisation ou du refus de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager sur les parents et l'enfant, les projets des parents et la sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 du souhait de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager et de l'opposition \u00e0 ce d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement. Le juge peut \u00eatre aid\u00e9 dans sa conclusion par un rapporteur du Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass) ou par le rapport d'un travailleur social ind\u00e9pendant.
