Cette disposition a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite pour \u00e9viter que les parties n'entament la proc\u00e9dure sur une base acrimonieuse, c'est-\u00e0-dire que l'une d'entre elles doive donner suffisamment de raisons pour expliquer pourquoi il est intol\u00e9rable de vivre avec l'autre ou invoquer l'adult\u00e8re de cette derni\u00e8re pour justifier la rupture du mariage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Depuis avril 2022, date d'entr\u00e9e en vigueur du divorce sans faute, 12 978 nouvelles demandes de divorce ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es.<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9es. De nombreuses personnes en instance de divorce attendaient l'entr\u00e9e en vigueur des nouvelles r\u00e8gles avant d'entamer une proc\u00e9dure, afin d'\u00e9viter d'avoir \u00e0 rejeter la faute sur l'autre.
