Le cabinet offrait des conseils dans toute une s\u00e9rie de domaines, notamment la famille, la criminalit\u00e9, le logement et les dommages corporels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-secondary-light-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-secondary-light-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Depuis lors, il est apparu clairement qu'il y avait un \u00e9norme besoin de conseils sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re familiale et Goodman Ray est devenu un cabinet sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en droit de la famille qui offre une expertise juridique de haute qualit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de protection de l'enfance, d'adoption, de maternit\u00e9 de substitution et de fertilit\u00e9, de droit priv\u00e9 des enfants, de divorce, de finances lors de la s\u00e9paration, de droit international et d'abus domestiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous proposons \u00e9galement des services de m\u00e9diation et de droit collaboratif. Nous sommes fiers de fournir encore aujourd'hui un important service d'aide juridique, en plus des services destin\u00e9s aux clients priv\u00e9s, et d'avoir acquis une solide r\u00e9putation en mati\u00e8re d'accessibilit\u00e9, de facilit\u00e9 d'acc\u00e8s et d'excellence des conseils juridiques.<br><br>En tant que deux femmes, il n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile pour Peggy et Judith de cr\u00e9er leur propre cabinet au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1980.<br><br>Elles ont essuy\u00e9 des refus r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s de la part des banques qui cherchaient \u00e0 obtenir un financement de d\u00e9marrage et qui leur demandaient o\u00f9 se trouvait \u201cl'homme\u201d du projet. Finalement, Peggy et Judith ont trouv\u00e9 un directeur de banque qui a accept\u00e9 de leur accorder un petit pr\u00eat pour financer les frais g\u00e9n\u00e9raux initiaux et Goodman Ray a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 (avec 3 clients). <strong>en 1985, premier cabinet d'avocats enti\u00e8rement f\u00e9minin de Londres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-secondary-light-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-secondary-light-background-color has-background is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-xxl-font-size\"><strong>Aujourd'hui<\/strong>, Goodman Ray a <a href=\"\/fr\/our-people\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">48 personnel<\/a> et <a href=\"\/fr\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bureaux dans le centre de Londres et \u00e0 Brighton<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes fiers de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer notre 40e anniversaire l'ann\u00e9e prochaine et restons attach\u00e9s aux objectifs initiaux, \u00e0 savoir un service de haute qualit\u00e9 pour le plus grand nombre possible de clients, y compris ceux qui n'ont pas les moyens de payer un avocat, dans la mesure de nos possibilit\u00e9s (dans le cadre du syst\u00e8me d'aide juridictionnelle, qui ne cesse de se r\u00e9duire). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cabinet a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 dans les domaines politiques du droit de la famille et reste impliqu\u00e9 dans la promotion du changement au sein du syst\u00e8me de justice familiale.
