Laura is an experienced solicitor in Goodman Ray\u2019s divorce and matrimonial finance department and advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorcio<\/a>, civil partnership dissolution<\/a>, financial provision following divorce, including financial provision for children, and the complex rules surrounding cohabitation disputes.\u00a0 Laura is also experienced in advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura further specialises in private derecho de menores<\/a> including child arrangement orders, parental responsibility and specific issues, internal relocation and leave to remove from the jurisdiction.\u00a0Laura deals with complex private law children cases, often involving allegations of maltrato dom\u00e9stico<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in the areas of complex financial remedies, for high income households or where there are substantial assets. This is in addition to being accredited for children law, where there are disputes between parents or relatives. Resolution\u2019s Specialist Accreditation Scheme for lawyers recognises members who have demonstrated excellence in family practice and the areas in which they specialise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura is also a Resolution trained collaborative lawyer which involves working closely in person with both parties and their lawyers to resolve issues.\u00a0Laura aims to resolve family disputes without recourse to Court where possible, advising clients on all appropriate methods of non-court dispute resolution. Laura is known for her calm and pragmatic approach to cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura has a broad client base of both high profile and high net worth individuals, as well as professionals and business owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
