A menudo, los problemas se derivan de una mala planificaci\u00f3n o presentaci\u00f3n de los casos, y de solicitudes precipitadas sin reflexi\u00f3n ni estrategias adecuadas (ir\u00f3nicamente en el contexto de los retrasos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque las declaraciones y la indemnizaci\u00f3n por da\u00f1os y perjuicios no pueden rectificar el sufrimiento que ha padecido un ni\u00f1o, es una herramienta que puede utilizarse para proporcionarle una reparaci\u00f3n compensatoria y para demostrar al organismo infractor que debe gestionar mejor sus procesos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reclamaci\u00f3n de derechos humanos tras un procedimiento de menores<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo general, en la fase de la audiencia final de los procedimientos de menores, si ha habido una posible infracci\u00f3n, el tribunal de familia puede dar permiso para revelar los documentos al Abogado Oficial para una reclamaci\u00f3n de derechos humanos cuando el joven carece de un amigo litigante (alguien que proporcione instrucciones en su nombre.)
