Sin embargo, si en alg\u00fan momento se siente insatisfecho o preocupado por el servicio que le hemos prestado, debe informarnos inmediatamente para que podamos hacer todo lo posible por resolver el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, puede ser \u00fatil ponerse en contacto con la persona que est\u00e1 trabajando en su caso para hablar de sus preocupaciones y haremos todo lo posible para resolver cualquier problema en esta etapa. La repercusi\u00f3n de la presentaci\u00f3n de una queja en la tramitaci\u00f3n de su caso se estudiar\u00e1 caso por caso. El Defensor del Pueblo examinar\u00e1 su reclamaci\u00f3n de forma independiente y no afectar\u00e1 a la forma en que tramitamos su caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de aceptar una reclamaci\u00f3n para su investigaci\u00f3n, el Defensor del Pueblo comprobar\u00e1 que usted ha intentado resolver su reclamaci\u00f3n con nosotros en primer lugar.
