We aim to keep our hourly rate as reasonable as possible. We believe that quality legal advice needs to be accessible for our clients. Our hourly rates are extremely competitive when compared to other firms in London including the City and West End. We pride ourselves in providing “a City service at a competitive rate”. We offer our clients a variety of different options to help meet their legal fees including:

Fixed Fees

We offer a fixed fee service for the initial advice interview.

Deferred Payment Agreement (Sears Tooth Agreements)

In certain cases we can offer a Sears Tooth Agreement allowing payment of our costs to be deferred until the conclusion of the case. This type of agreement is not suitable for all cases and various conditions will apply. For example, external costs such as disbursements and Counsel’s fees have to be paid as and when they arise. If you enter into this Agreement you will be required to enter into a contract with the firm to pay your costs in the future.

Other Payment Options

You can pay us by credit card, debit card or cheque. You can also set up a direct debit to cover agreed monthly payments.

Public Funding/Legal Aid

We continue to be committed to undertaking publicly funded work provided by the Government to help people access legal services who would not otherwise be able to afford it.
