Jemma is a Senior Associate who specialises in divorce and financial settlements achieved through negotiated settlement or contested proceedings. Jemma can advise on pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and financial consent orders. Jemma is experienced in applications for financial relief after an overseas divorce, schedule one applications and TOLATA cases for unmarried couples.

Jemma also specialises in private children work including assisting with negotiated child arrangements and the drafting of parenting plans, as well as representing clients in court proceedings where that is necessary. Jemma’s cases include internal and external relocation cases and emergency applications for prohibited steps orders where urgent action is required.

Jemma has previously volunteered at the RCJ Advice Bureau.
