We also take the view that unnecessary, expensive legal action is to be avoided if mediation and collaborative law can achieve the desired result.

We offer a fixed fee service for the initial advice interview.

You can pay us by credit card, debit card or cheque. You can also set up a direct debit to cover agreed monthly payments.
Public Funding/Legal Aid
In keeping with our founding principles, we continue to be committed to undertaking publicly funded work. The Government provides funding to help people who would not otherwise be able to afford it to access legal services.
