Legal Aid in Domestic Violence Cases

Anyone applying for an Order for personal protection may be eligible for Legal Aid. The rules are different than for other Legal Aid cases. Please contact us for further advice and an assessment of your eligibility.

We continue to be committed to undertaking publicly funded work provided by the Government to help people access legal services who would not otherwise be able to afford it.
